The Children and Youth Resilience Hub is committed to making this website usable by as many people as possible, and we aim to meet the WCAG 2.1 AA standard.
What we do
- Semantic HTML structure with clear headings and landmarks.
- Keyboard-operable navigation, including the mobile menu, with visible focus styles.
- Colour combinations chosen for readable contrast.
- Descriptive alternative text for meaningful images; decorative images are hidden from assistive technology.
- Layouts that reflow and remain usable when zoomed or on small screens.
- Respect for the “reduce motion” system setting.
Known limitations
Some downloadable resources may not yet be fully tagged for screen readers. We are working to address these.
